Job Description
- Welcome guests upon arrival and departure with a courteous and professional attitude.
- Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms.
- Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions when required.
- Coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Bellman in a luxury or upscale hotel.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance with excellent grooming standards.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Physically fit to handle guest luggage and perform related duties.
- Valid Transferable Iqama.
- Available to join immediately.
