وصف الوظيفة

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and departure with a courteous and professional attitude.
  • Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions when required.
  • Coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

مؤهلات الوظيفة

  • Previous experience as a Bellman in a luxury or upscale hotel.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance with excellent grooming standards.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Physically fit to handle guest luggage and perform related duties.
  • Valid Transferable Iqama.
  • Available to join immediately.
