Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient HR Systems & Operations Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) while ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.
- Administer and maintain HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security
- Develop and generate reports to support data-driven HR decision-making
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights to leadership
- Implement and manage HR systems upgrades and enhancements
- Streamline HR processes and workflows to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with IT department to resolve technical issues and implement system improvements
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Provide training and support to HR team members on HRIS usage
- Manage HR-related projects, including system implementations and process improvements
- Stay up-to-date with HR technology trends and best practices
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR systems and operations
- Proficiency in HRIS administration and maintenance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent project management and process improvement capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience with HRIS implementation and upgrades
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- HRCI or SHRM certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
