Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Fitness Instructor to support members in achieving their fitness and wellness goals. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of exercise techniques and enjoy working with people.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide members through safe and effective workouts.
- Conduct fitness assessments and recommend suitable exercise programs.
- Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and equipment usage.
- Motivate and support members to achieve their fitness goals.
- Monitor members’ progress and provide regular guidance.
- Ensure the fitness area and equipment are clean and safe.
- Conduct group fitness sessions when required.
- Follow health, safety, and facility guidelines.
Job Qualifications
Requirements
- Certification in Fitness Training / Personal Training.
- Previous experience as a Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
- Knowledge of basic fitness, nutrition, and safety practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
