Company Description

Our Partner, an International Luxury Fashion House is currently hiring an Inventory Controller to manage inventory and maintain adequate stock balances and cost.
 

Responsibilities:

  • oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines.
  • Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct quantities and costs of items are booked.
  • Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including cycle counts.
  • Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeline reporting of our inventory for our retail, E-commerce, wholesale and concession businesses.
  • Reconcile intercompany purchases.
  • Support brand in organization of physical inventory counts occurring twice per year.
  • Identify and address with brand finance teams any weaknesses seen in the inventory control procedures.
  • Develop reporting to highlight operational issues.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Three to four years of related experience in retail, wholesale, warehousing or logistics.
  • Active participation in inventory audits.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills particularly in a multinational environment.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with computers and other standard office technology.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
