Pre Sales Cyber Security

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Specialist with a proven background in developing security solutions, systems integration, and implementing cybersecurity measures to safeguard IT systems, networks, and data. This role involves providing technical pre-sales support to both prospective and existing clients, helping to promote and position our cybersecurity products and services effectively.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with enterprise and commercial sales teams to deploy cybersecurity solutions in operational environments, aiming to establish them as the preferred option for key clients.

• Offering technical guidance and developing tailored cybersecurity solutions for customers.

• Delivering clear, compelling presentations on cybersecurity topics and solutions.

• Drafting thorough technical documentation in response to RFIs, RFPs, and other customer requests.

• Providing hands-on technical support for cybersecurity and networking projects.

• Designing, deploying, and troubleshooting cybersecurity and network solutions in collaboration with internal teams.

• Participating in industry events and exhibitions to stay current with market trends and represent the company’s cybersecurity expertise.

Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant, hands-on experience.

• Solid expertise in consulting on web, client, DNS, email security, and corporate cybersecurity management.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity services such as SOC operations, penetration testing, and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).

• Good knowledge of security technologies like DLP, SIEM, XDR, EDR, NDR, PAM, firewalls, IPS, and more.

• Experience providing technical support for large-scale cybersecurity projects and critical infrastructure is a plus.

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, GSEC, CEH, Security+, or ITILv3 are advantageous.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

• Fluency in English and French is required; knowledge of Greek is an added advantage.
