Manufacturing Operations Foreman (CNC/Manual Machining & Inspection)

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Foreman/Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production on the shop floor. With 19 years of machining and OCTG/thread inspection experience, you will lead 12-hour shift operations to deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality manufacturing outcomes while continuously improving performance.

Job Purpose

To supervise and improve manufacturing operations—leading CNC/manual machining and OCTG threading and inspection activities—to ensure safety, thread quality compliance (API/Tenaris), on-time delivery, reduced downtime through preventive checks, and accurate reporting/documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 19 years machining and manufacturing leadership experience
• CNC machine operation
• Manual machine operation
• Engineering drawing reading
• Autocad
• API/Tenaris thread inspection certification/competence (Premium threads)
• OCTG threading and make-up operation experience
• OCTG visual inspection capability
• Knowledge of hand tools and cutting tools
• Preventive maintenance basics
• Proven shift supervision and team coordination
• Accurate documentation and reporting experience
