Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and attentive Lifeguard to ensure the safety of members and guests around the swimming pool and recreational areas. The ideal candidate should be confident in the water, alert, and able to respond quickly in emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the pool and surrounding areas at all times.
  • Ensure members and guests follow pool safety rules.
  • Respond quickly to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR when required.
  • Perform water rescues safely and efficiently.
  • Check pool facilities and equipment regularly for safety.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment.
  • Report any accidents, hazards, or safety concerns promptly.
  • Assist members and guests with general pool-related queries.
  • Follow all health, safety, and emergency procedures.

Job Qualifications

Requirements

  • Valid Lifeguard certification.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Strong swimming and water rescue skills.
  • Good observation and communication skills.
  • Calm and confident in emergency situations.
  • Friendly, professional, and responsible attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
