Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fitness Coach + Personal Trainer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, EP, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our fitness facility, you will inspire and guide clients to achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized training programs and expert coaching.

  • Conduct initial fitness assessments and create tailored workout plans for clients of varying fitness levels and goals
  • Lead one-on-one and small group training sessions, ensuring proper form and technique to maximize results and prevent injuries
  • Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey, providing encouragement and accountability
  • Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement
  • Educate clients on proper nutrition, exercise principles, and healthy lifestyle habits
  • Maintain a clean and safe workout environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, research, and best practices in the industry
  • Collaborate with other fitness professionals to create engaging and effective group fitness classes
  • Promote gym services and programs to attract and retain clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client sessions, progress, and payments

Job Qualifications

  • Certified Personal Trainer certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA)
  • MUST BE SAUDI NATIONALITY 
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a fitness coach or personal trainer
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, fitness principles, and program design
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and guide clients
  • Proficiency in conducting fitness assessments and creating personalized workout plans
  • Ability to demonstrate proper exercise form and techniques for various fitness modalities
  • Basic understanding of nutrition and dietary principles to support client goals
  • CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and injury prevention principles
  • Familiarity with fitness assessment tools and techniques
  • Enthusiasm for fitness and a commitment to ongoing professional development
