Job Description
The key objectives of the Lead Patient Engagement Specialist position at ConcertoCare are to outreach to patients to drive engagement with clinical teams and programs, serve as an ambassador and educator for the organization, schedule patient appointments, maintain patient confidentiality, and support quality assurance and process improvement efforts. The skills required for this role include 2 years of experience in a healthcare or patient-oriented position, customer service experience, appointment scheduling proficiency, a demonstrated passion for exceptional patient service, and the ability to engage patients in a friendly and professional manner. Additionally, having a CNA/MA background, call center experience, and the ability to travel as needed are considered advantageous for this position.
