Job Description

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to join forces in expanding our customer base. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive the go-to-market strategy for our B2B SaaS product, ensuring successful launches and sustained growth.
  2. Leverage strong industry connections, especially within the restaurant sector, to foster partnerships and collaborations.
  3. Represent Ballurh’s vision and mission, promoting our brand and values across the region.
  4. Identify and act on new business opportunities, continuously expanding our market presence.

Job Qualifications

 

  • Prior experience in taking B2B SaaS products to market, with a proven track record of successful launches and implementations.
  • Deep-rooted passion for the restaurant industry, preferably with 5+ years of background in the sector.
  • Strong network within the restaurant industry, including connections with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and committed to expanding Ballurh's mission across the region.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex SaaS solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and customer data.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently within the region for client meetings and industry events.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining long-term client relationships in the hospitality sector.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
