We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Media Planner to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Senior Media Planner, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative media strategies that drive results for our clients across multiple channels.

  • Develop comprehensive media plans that align with client objectives and target audience behaviors
  • Analyze media performance data to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing strategies
  • Manage relationships with media vendors and negotiate favorable rates and placements
  • Present media recommendations and campaign results to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the Saudi Arabian media landscape
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the media planning department
  • Oversee budget allocation and forecasting for multiple client accounts
  • Utilize media planning software to conduct research and generate insights
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic guidance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in media planning, with a proven track record of successful campaign strategies
  • Extensive knowledge of media planning and buying across multiple channels (TV, digital, print, radio, OOH)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Proficiency in media planning software such as Nielsen, comScore, and Kantar
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for media campaigns
  • In-depth understanding of the Saudi Arabian media landscape and cultural nuances
  • Knowledge of emerging media trends and technologies
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
