Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to lead and oversee marketing projects for clients in Riyadh, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while managing agency resources and client relationships to drive growth, satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver 100% of projects on time and within budget
• Maintain client satisfaction score above 90%
• Grow account revenue by 20% year-over-year
• Lead cross-functional teams across 5+ active campaigns
• Reduce project turnaround time by 15% quarterly
• Utilize project management software (Asana, Trello, Jira) to track and manage workflows
• Manage budgeting and financial reporting for all client projects
• Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to optimize campaign performance
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to streamline project delivery
• Foster client relationship management through proactive communication and strategic partnership
