Key Performance Indicators: • Deliver production-ready AI models • Improve model accuracy and reliability • Automate ML pipelines end-to-end • Ship AI features on schedule • Document and monitor model performance Qualifications: • 5+ years of AI/ML engineering experience • Hands-on experience with deep learning • Strong software engineering and MLOps practices • Experience deploying models to production • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field
