Kanz is the “Uber for hiring” in Saudi Arabia. We’re an AI-powered recruiter copilot that reduces hiring time from 18 weeks to 7 days, delivering a seamless experience for employers and job seekers alike.
We’re launching our new ka.nz website and activating our Google Ads Grant to reach employers and job seekers in Saudi Arabia and across MENA.
We’re looking for an experienced SEO Consultant to help us build a robust organic acquisition engine that supports our mission to make hiring simpler, faster, and fairer.

You’ll design and execute an SEO strategy that optimizes ka.nz for organic visibility, ensures strong landing page quality for our Google Ads Grant, and aligns with our conversion goals.
Your work will help us connect Saudi employers to the best local talent while driving sign-ups from both employers and job seekers.
Conduct SEO audit of ka.nz (technical, on-page, off-page, content gaps).
Develop and deliver a comprehensive SEO strategy tailored for the Saudi market and GCC.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and dev teams to ensure best-in-class on-page SEO.
Define keyword strategies for employer acquisition and job seeker growth.
Advise on landing page structure and content for Google Ads Grant compliance and Quality Score optimization.
Optimize metadata, schema markup, and site architecture for improved crawlability and SERP results.
Recommend and oversee content plans (blog posts, landing pages, knowledge center).
Establish a backlink strategy focused on authoritative local and industry sources.
Set up tracking and reporting dashboards for SEO performance.
Train internal team on SEO best practices where needed.

Objective 1: Ensure ka.nz is technically SEO-ready at launch
KR1: Complete technical SEO audit and deliver prioritized recommendations within 2 weeks.
KR2: Achieve a minimum 90/100 score on PageSpeed Insights for key landing pages.
KR3: Ensure all pages are indexed and structured with optimized metadata and schema.
Objective 2: Build high-converting, search-friendly landing pages
KR1: Deliver keyword research for 5 core employer pain points and 5 job seeker needs.
KR2: Advise on copy and layout for at least 5 high-priority landing pages.
KR3: Ensure Google Ads Grant landing pages meet quality standards to maintain eligibility.
Objective 3: Grow organic visibility for employer and job seeker acquisition
KR1: Define 20–30 target keywords with strong local relevance.
KR2: Recommend content plan with 10+ SEO-optimized blog topics.
KR3: Identify at least 10 backlink opportunities from high-authority, local or industry sites.
Objective 4: Enable continuous measurement and improvement
KR1: Set up SEO dashboard in Google Analytics / Search Console.
KR2: Establish monthly reporting template with baseline KPIs (traffic, rankings, conversions).
KR3: Provide training or documentation for internal team to sustain SEO improvements.
Requirements
3+ years in SEO strategy and execution, preferably in SaaS, marketplace, or recruiting tech.
Experience optimizing for bilingual (Arabic/English) audiences.
Familiarity with Google Ads Grants and landing page quality score best practices.
Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and link-building.
Data-driven mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Culturally aware with experience in GCC markets a big plus.
