Own end-to-end recruitment for Riyadh roles, sourcing and selecting qualified candidates, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering timely hires with an excellent candidate experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Fill open roles within agreed timelines
- Maintain strong candidate pipeline always
- Improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire
- Ensure accurate job descriptions and screening
- Provide excellent candidate communication and experience
مؤهلات الوظيفة
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years recruitment experience
- Proven end-to-end hiring experience
- Experience recruiting in Riyadh/KSA markets
- Strong knowledge of hiring processes
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Interviewing and assessment techniques
- Job description and scorecard writing
- HR compliance and documentation
- Stakeholder management
- Communication and negotiation
- Relationship building
- Attention to detail
- Process ownership and accountability
