We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional shopping experiences to our valued customers while contributing to the achievement of our store's sales goals.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and make personalized recommendations to meet customer needs and preferences
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques and product promotion
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by arranging merchandise displays and ensuring proper product placement
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and conducting regular stock counts
- Stay informed about current promotions, sales events, and new product arrivals
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and tidy store appearance to enhance the overall shopping experience
مؤهلات الوظيفة
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to drive sales and meet targets
- Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to work schedules
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and targets
- Proficiency in visual merchandising and product display techniques
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts
- Computer literacy, including experience with POS systems and inventory management software
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Team player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work atmosphere
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
