We're redesigning recruitment from scratch. Currently, hiring takes weeks of emails, spreadsheets, and manual work. We want to make it as simple as booking an Uber.

Your job: Design web and mobile apps that revolutionize how people hire.

What You'll Build

Core Experience:

  • Post a job in under 2 minutes
  • Browse AI-recommended candidates like social media
  • Schedule interviews with one click
  • Make hiring decisions instantly

Platforms:

  • Mobile app (iOS/Android) for on-the-go recruiting
  • Web app for detailed workflow management
  • Responsive design that works everywhere

What You'll Deliver

Month 1: Research & Foundation

  • Interview Saudi HR teams and job seekers
  • Create user journey maps
  • Build design system and component library
  • Design wireframes for key flows

Month 2: Design & Prototype

  • High-fidelity designs for web and mobile
  • Interactive prototypes for testing
  • AI integration interfaces (chat, recommendations, automation)
  • User testing with real Saudi companies

Month 3: Finalize & Handoff

  • Refine based on feedback
  • Complete design documentation
  • Developer handoff with all assets
  • Final presentation to team

 

مؤهلات الوظيفة

Essential:

  • 4+ years UX/UI design experience
  • Strong mobile and web app portfolio
  • Figma expert
  • Experience with AI design/dev tools

Preferred:

  • Consumer app design (social, marketplace, dating apps)
  • B2B software experience
  • Arabic/Middle East market knowledge
  • Used AI design tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)

  • ChatGPT/Claude for user research and copywriting
