Business Analyst

A renowned E-cigarette Company located in Lebanon is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and manage business and ad hoc requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.
• Develop, maintain, and present business models that represent workflows, roles, data, and structures, using them to communicate insights and propose improvements.
• Investigate business situations to identify problems and opportunities, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend actionable solutions.
• Translate business needs into structured functional specifications and design documentation for new systems or system enhancements.
• Design, implement, and support data products and analytics tools that enable better business decision-making.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts and Data Scientists to ensure models and recommendations are based on sound data analysis.
• Assist in testing and validating analytics tools, dashboards, and reports.
• Engage with stakeholders, facilitate workshops and meetings, and gather input to ensure business requirements are met effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis) are an advantage.
• Experience using business modelling tools and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of data governance practices to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining business models for diverse business scenarios.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
• Skilled in conducting business process investigations and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with LeanIX.
• Advanced proficiency in BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including technical writing and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
