Cosmetic Indoor Sales

A leading multinational FMCG company is seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team in Downtown Beirut. This full-time, on-site role involves promoting and selling cosmetics and personal care products while delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming shopping environment. Responsibilities also include supporting the upkeep of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by providing product knowledge and personalized recommendations
• Drive sales to meet and exceed targets
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships
• Participate in inventory management and restocking as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in retail, specifically within cosmetics and personal care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build rapport and engage with customers
• Sales-driven with basic negotiation skills
• Familiarity with cosmetics and personal care products is an advantage
• Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced retail setting
• High school diploma or equivalent required
