We are a high performance team who uses a hyper-focused approach, encompassing the usage of extensive data analysis and market research, to ensure the most robust results on commercial prerogatives. Qlub’s expansion team has a dynamic mission to drive complete demand for payments facilitated through NFC Tap/QR code scanning and increase adoption within restaurants for ultra fast payment solutions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leveraging your existing network of table-service restaurants and strong sales skills to generate and close new leads
  • Expanding our user base by onboarding new restaurant partners to the platform
  • Proactively sourcing leads through various channels, identifying key decision-makers, scheduling meetings, and managing the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to full operational launch
  • Building and nurturing relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and staff;
  • Analyzing lead generation and sales performance data to refine our processes and improve key metrics such as conversion rates
  • Collaborating closely with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new partners
  • Managing the accounts you close by driving platform adoption, identifying growth opportunities, and promoting new features.

مؤهلات الوظيفة

  • Relevant business degree.
  •  Fluency in English is required & Arabic is a plus Understanding of payment terminals business - experience in sales for payment terminals is a plus 
  • Strong network of decision makers in the F&B and hospitality sectors.
  • Experience with C-level sales and strategic partnership building.
  • Experience in sales and/or account management Strong entrepreneurial spirit - you want to build something big and have a measurable impact for your efforts.
  • You are self-motivated and have a result-oriented mindset, you hustle to get things done and proactively find ways to reach and over achieve your targets.
