We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Consultant / Expert Interviewer to join our team. You will conduct expert interviews with job seekers who have completed their initial applications and assessments. Your primary role is to evaluate candidates through structured interviews, ask system-generated questions, and document insights using our integrated AI note-taker tool.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct expert interviews with job seekers based in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and globally.

  • Interview candidates after they complete the online assessment on the platform.

  • Ask AI-generated, role-specific questions provided by the system.

  • Assess communication, job fit, motivation, and soft skills.

  • Provide objective and concise interview feedback using our internal note-taker tool.

  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth handover of candidate insights to clients.

مؤهلات الوظيفة

  • Proven experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition—preferably in the MENA region.

  • Strong communication and interviewing skills (in English and Arabic; French is a plus).

  • Comfortable using online platforms and AI-powered tools.

  • Familiarity with behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.

  • Ability to conduct interviews across different time zones and cultures.

  • Reliable internet connection and professional interview setup (video required).
